What were the main hurdles in the start-up process?
The search for the appropriate legal form and the question of how many we wanted to found with.
Do you have any tips for you fellow founders?
Take advantage of the consulting opportunities offered by the WORLDFACTORY Start-up Center and the city of Bochum. They also provide advice on legal and tax issues. Ask yourself if programs like EXIST make sense for you or if you are already further along.
