LIDROTEC offers a solution for excellent quality and highest precision in cutting, drilling and structuring of micro components and elements for the semiconductor industry, microelectronics, medical and energy technology. The start-up developed a process for micromaterial processing using extremely short laser pulses and liquids. This technology makes the particularly precise cutting of thin materials possible. This allows kerf widths that are significantly thinner than a single human hair. The technology is used in particular for high-tech products, such as in the manufacture of semiconductor chips, and for particularly sensitive materials, such as glasses, ceramics or composite material systems.
