At “Nährstoff-Reich”, it’s not just the packaging (shop, design...) that’s just right, but more importantly the contents: only food and drinks prepared from all-natural and fresh ingredients are put on the plate, in the bowl or in the glass – without any additives and flavourings. The concept with many vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as gluten and dairy-free alternatives is very much in line with the trend. The start-up came fourth in the 2017 “Senkrechtstarter” start-up competition.
