In this customer development workshop, you will learn how to identify and prioritize your target groups. Building on this, you will work according to the rules of the "MOM test" to conduct successful target group discussions in order to qualitatively validate your business idea. You will also develop an initial minimum viable product (MVP) to test the riskiest assumptions of your business model.
The workshop on Customer Development builds on the content of the Lean Start-up/Lean Canvas workshop. Participation in both workshops is recommended, but not a required.
