Lean Start-up Workshop

In this workshop, you will be introduced to the lean start-up method, work according to the "build-measure-learn" principle and internalize the mantra "learn fast, learn cheap". The Lean Canvas is a tool that visualizes your business model and makes it tangible for you and others. The lean start-up methodology guides you in a very practical way.

The key topics of the workshop:

• Introduction to the lean start-up methodology
• Getting to know the Lean Canvas by using best practices
• Working with the Lean Canvas and visualizing your own business idea
• Identifying and classifying the riskiest assumptions of a business model
